Last week, the world famous M.O.P. was in town to shut down the only nightclub that matters (when it comes to live shows) in the city, Ritual. We all know they got joints for days & they performed most of them. It was only right for them to open the show with “Cold as ice”. Some of the classics they did: “How about some hardcore” x “4 alarm blaze” x “You don’t know’ remix” & more. The song EVERYBODY wanted to hear was “Ante Up” & when it came on…the place went NUTZO!!!! So much, I had to change spot to film. Lol! Oh yeah…the electricity went out too! CRAZY!!! If you weren’t there, as always, WYWCM.COM got you. Enjoy!

The Diplomats producer was in town Friday evening to show the people from Ottawa why he’s the reigning MVP of the MPC. AraabMUZIK had a nice set of 40 mins.
Some of the beats he displayed were just ridiculious! He also flipped the popular Dipset comeback song “Salute” & Cam’Ron & Vado’s “We all up in here” (at the 3:05 mark) The kid his bless with super naturals talent & this footage will show you exactly what I’m talking ’bout. It was an honor to meet his manager & Diplomat Records A & R, Duke Da GOD. We chatted about his experience here, Dipset, new mixtapes & more.

Last night in New York, Jill Scott hosted a private listening event for fans and media for her upcoming album, The Light of Sun. During her listening event, Jill revealed that her album will have features from Paul Wall, Eve, Anthony Hamilton, Too $hort and other surprises. Performing her new single, Shame, for the crowd, Jill also debuted her song, Quick, where she touches on the “quick” break up with her husband. To appease the crowd, Jill also adds in fan favorite – Is it the Way where she has the audience participate. Towards the end of show, Jill brings out Anthony Hamilton to sing their song, For Lovers Only, which is also featured on her upcoming album.

It was an honor & a blessing to witness the chef Raekwon live. Big shoutout the KAPACITY for doing a great job bringing the best & legendary artists in the Hip Hop game. Great for the city of Ottawa. I know some people either didn’t heard about it or just didn’t go to the show. That’s when I come in.
