Here’s the second part of Yaya Martinez interview with J.Cole. Album drops tomorrow!

I ask J. Cole what the exact reason for the album push back was, his favorite memory from tour so far, and if his motivation has changed along with his popularity. Also there’s some footage in here where he is interacting with Power 98.3 listeners while they get to preview his album.

The lovely Yaya Martinez had a chance to sit down with J.Cole six days prior his debut LP, Cole World:The Sideline Story, hits stores on September 27th. I’ll let her explain the 411.

The funniest man in showbiz right now was on the Jay Leno show last night. Always a great interview when you get the two together (with Charlie Sheen on the side.) LMFAO performed their latest single “Sexy & I know it”. Like I said last night: PAUUUUUUSE ALL OVER THE PERFORMANCE! LOL! Can’t front….the beat is siiiiick!

To me, WTT HANDS DOWWWWWWN!I didn’t like doing a lot of back and fourth with them. This explains PERFECTLY how I kinda felt about the C4. After performing at his OVOfest, Drizzy explains to Billboard why he selected Headlines as his official single for “Take Care” He also hints having a 18 tracks LP for his sophomore release.

“I always try to put forth a song with a message. A lot of people pick their single by what’s the strongest song. I don’t really do that. I like to make sure that the content is very relevant to right now. I want people to party to it but at the same time the fans, the people that care about my career, the people that follow me, will hear a message in it. This is really, in my opinion, my best project. There’s a lot of songs on it. Although people encourage me like, ‘Oh, do 11, 12 songs,’ I think there’s going to be probably 18 songs on it. It’s very reminiscent of ‘So Far Gone’ but the production has stepped up like 10 notches. I feel like I’ve gotten better at rapping, so I’m really excited for people to hear the bars.”
